A large infographic of the Formula 1 racing car Mercedes F1 W06 Hybrid for the German newspaper DIE ZEIT.
Description
For this infographic I created the 3D illustrations of the racing car and its most important new components: the air intake, the hybrid engine, the front wings, and the multifunctional steering wheel. The 3D models are based onto reference material from the editorial department and were created during nine days. The final layout was created in cooperation with the infographic department. The text compares the data of the Formula 1 car with a Volkswagen Golf.
