An infographic on the operating principle of a planned space-based power plant for a study by Roland Berger, in cooperation with OHB and ESA.

Description
The infographic is based on the SPS-Alpha concept for future space-based power plants. These satellites are located in a geostationary orbit and generate energy from focused sunlight. The energy is then transmitted as a microwave beam to a receiving station on Earth. My task was to visualize this functional principle as clearly as possible.
